The following guide outlines six ways in which tourism businesses can work with Visit Wales and make the most of their resources. including:
- Registering to use the free Cymru Wales Brand assets site

Get the most out of your listing/s
If you’re a ‘quality assured business’ (Visit Wales or AA Schemes only), you will automatically receive a listing on visitwales.com. Criteria may apply for attractions, activities and events.

How do I update my information on visitwales.com, traveltrade.visitwales.com or meetinwales.com?
STEP 1: Log in
Log into https://productlisting.wales to update your business listing, including description, images and facility details.
You will need your unique Contact ID, username & password to log in. If you need further assistance, please use the ‘Get Help’ contact details below.

- New business / Never logged in - you will need your Contact ID and your account will need to be activated. Please use the ‘Get help’ contact details (Phone or Email).
- If you have previously logged on and have your Contact ID but have ‘Forgotten your Password’ please follow the instructions on the log in screen and a temporary password will be emailed directly to you.
STEP 2: Update details
- When you have logged into your account, use the menu on the left-hand side to check and update your business details.
- If you have more than one business, for example accommodation and an attraction, you will see a drop-down option on the top left-hand side of your screen where you can select each business in turn. You will need to update details for all businesses on your account.
- Make sure you complete all sections to ensure you’re giving your business the best chance to engage your potential customers.
